Advanced Umpire Clinic Home

The Mid-American Advanced Umpire Clinic, located in Springfield, Missouri, is considered to be one of the premier umpire clinics in the country. We are dedicated to providing our students with knowledge and instruction from some of the elite college umpires in the nation.

The clinic is designed to provide college umpires with the skills and attitude necessary to advance their careers to the NCAA Division I level. Since it's inception, numerous students have been hired by several D-I conferences including the Mid-American, Horizon, Missouri Valley, Atlantic 10, Big 10, Conference USA, Big East and the Big 12.

Clinic Instructors will work with students in the classroom, on the field and in the cages. Over the weekend students will umpire NCAA D-I, D-II, NAIA and Junior College games to enhance mechanics, positioning and judgment. Students will receive a written evaluation of their performance in accordance with NCAA standards.
